We perform construction estimating and takeoff your entire project based on local pricing.  We use a combination of cost databases and experience to price projects based on the zip codes.

Management, publishing and storing off all files such as change orders, RFI's, submittals, project budgets, expenses, invoices, pay applications, liens, etc..

Obtain pricing for construction services on behalf of owners. Solicit comparable bids & provide decision-making tools to aid in the selection of the best contractors. 

We manage engineers, architects, consultants and review drawings for owners. Value engineering ensures that architects and engineers do not over design, which leads to unwarranted cost.
