Obtain pricing for construction services on behalf of owners. Solicit comparable bids & provide decision-making tools to aid in the selection of the best contractors.
We manage engineers, architects, consultants and review drawings for owners. Value engineering ensures that architects and engineers do not over design, which leads to unwarranted cost.
We manage the terms and conditions in contracts and monitor project progress to ensure terms and conditions are met. We work with attorneys to ensure our clients are protected from possible lawsuits during a construction project.
